About Kerry Collins
When disaster strikes your home or business, the insurance company immediately sends their own trained adjuster — someone whose job is to protect the company's bottom line. You deserve the same expertise fighting for yours.
Kerry Collins is a Texas-licensed Public Insurance Adjuster who levels the playing field. With a deep knowledge of Texas insurance law and policy language, Kerry evaluates your damage, prepares your claim documentation, and negotiates directly with the insurer to pursue the full settlement you're owed.
There is no upfront cost. Kerry is compensated as a percentage of the final claim settlement — meaning there is no financial reason to settle for less than what your policy allows.
Start With a Free ReviewClaim Types We Handle
Texas weather is no joke. Hailstorms and high winds can cause extensive damage that insurers routinely undervalue. We know how to document every dent, crack, and compromised seal — and fight for a proper payout.
Burst pipes, roof leaks, and flood damage all generate complex claims. Insurers frequently dispute the source and scope of water damage. We build an airtight case using expert documentation and policy analysis.
Fire losses involve visible destruction and hidden smoke and soot damage throughout a structure. We ensure the full scope of loss is captured, including contents, structure, and additional living expenses.
Lightning strikes, fallen trees, vandalism, and other covered perils — if your homeowner's or commercial policy covers it, we can manage the claim. Contact us for a free evaluation of your situation.
Why Texas PA
Texas law strictly regulates public adjusters. We work exclusively for policyholders — never for the insurer. We are also prohibited from participating in repairs, keeping our interests 100% aligned with yours.
Kerry Collins holds an active Public Insurance Adjuster license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI License #3470943), backed by a required surety bond for your protection.
Under Texas law, you have the right to cancel your public adjuster contract within 72 hours of signing — no questions asked, no penalty. We believe in earning your trust every step of the way.
From the Piney Woods to the Panhandle, Texas storms are unique — and so is Texas insurance law. Local experience means we understand exactly how to present and push your claim.
